Hong Kong Government as being possibly a matter for future
consideration; although, as Perrins explained in his letter
above referred to, it is really impossible to attempt any
judgment on such matters without a knowledge of local
conditions.
I should add that the provisions in Part I of the
Ordinance relating to Pharmacy (which, like the poisons
provisions, appear to correspond generally with the similar
provisions in our Act of 1933) are the primary concern of
the Privy Council Office; and I have sent a copy of this
correspondence to Leadbitter of that Office asking him to
communicate with you direct.
